Your Business Mentor

My path to mentorship

My path to mentorship wasn't linear. It was forged in corporate boardrooms, on dusty gym floors, and through a profound personal reinvention that taught me more than any MBA ever could. I've managed multi-million dollar accounts and I've coached the 6 am class. I've celebrated massive wins and I've started over from zero—twice. This journey taught me one thing: the most sustainable business is the one that is most authentically you. My job is to help you build it.

The Playbook and The Pavement

On paper, my journey started with the best playbook imaginable. I earned my Masters in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of St. Gallen, one of Europe's top business schools. I entered the corporate world and learned the language of strategy, data, and scale inside global brands like Kraft Foods, Danone, and Apple. I learned how to build frameworks, manage key accounts, and drive growth.

But I knew my real work wasn't on a spreadsheet.

So while working a more-than-full-time job, I stepped onto the pavement. Between 2011 and 2020, I founded, built, and ran three CrossFit affiliates, managing a team of 18 people. This was my real-world "MBA". It taught me about the grit of entrepreneurship, the human dynamics of a team, and the beautiful chaos of building something from nothing. It’s where I learned that the best strategy is useless without the people and systems to bring it to life.

When Success Costs Too Much

The gyms were a success. We built a powerful community and a thriving business. But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes. I was the classic case of the business owner being owned by the business... a story I see in my clients every single day.

I was burning out, and I needed a new way to understand performance—not just for my clients, but for myself.

That's when I turned to Kinesiologie. It was the missing piece that connected the dots between our physical state, our mental well-being, and our capacity to lead and create. It taught me that sustainable business growth and sustainable human well-being aren't separate goals; they are part of the same system.

The Ultimate Test: Rebuilding with Purpose
This Is The Blueprint: The Five Freedoms

The universe has a funny way of making sure you learn your lessons. My philosophy on building a resilient, authentic business was put to the test: twice.

The first time was in 2020, when I sold my brick-and-mortar and pivoted my hands-on practice into a fully online 1:1 pain-coaching business, navigating a completely new business model.

The second time was in 2024. My journey took its most challenging and clarifying turn. Ten days after I came out as trans, my role I had poured my soul and last 4 years of work into was eliminated. In a moment, my professional world was turned upside down.

It was the moment my life's work became my life's reality. I had to live the principles I taught not as a concept, but as a survival guide. It forced me to rebuild with nothing left to hide: a business that was 100% aligned, resilient, and free.

That experience didn't just test my philosophy; it proved it. The Five Freedoms aren't just a curriculum I teach. They are the blueprint I used to rebuild my own life and business. They are the foundation of all my mentorship.

  • Physical Freedom: To move and live without pain, because your body is your business's most valuable asset.

  • Purpose Freedom: To do meaningful work that lights you up, not just work that pays the bills.

  • Relationship Freedom: To set healthy boundaries with clients, your team, and yourself.

  • Money Freedom: To build financial stability through pricing and systems that truly work.

  • Time Freedom: To design a business that supports your life, not the other way around.
